12G SDI Cable from BJC, Belden 4505R, 100 foot, White

This cable is made using Belden 4505R, one of Belden's newest range of coaxes designed specifically for the high bandwidth of 12G SDI, suitable for runs at full 12G of up to 63 meters (208 feet). We use Belden's own BNC connectors on this cable for the best possible dimensional fit and minimal return loss at the cable-connector interface. All of our SDI cable assemblies are made right here in our shop in Seattle, Washington.

A note regarding connectors: the presence of a bit of dielectric in these BNCs leads some people to think that this is a 50 ohm BNC, which of course would be unsuitable for 12G SDI. While the appearance and design is a bit unconventional, rest assured; not only are these 75 ohm BNCs, but they are specifically designed for this cable (1505A, the 3G/6G cable to which this is similar, uses a slightly different BNC) and for 12G performance.
